Service Error 22

Bought and installed it yesterday morning. It never works. Every time I starts the program, A message box pops up suggesting "The operation couldnt be completed. (Couldnt start the services error 22.) It also suggests I should contact the support team. When called, the agent kept asking for the registration number, which Apple App Store hadnt provided me with. They promised to email me back but never did. What a scam!
